Roadmap

We started working on Yesterday in early July 2026. The private prototype is now ready, and we are actively building the testnet version.

We began with a daily Bitcoin market built around yesterday’s price. The first work focused on the two participants: someone seeking a conditional sale or purchase, and someone paying for the opposite exposure.

We developed both contract directions and worked through how each one is funded and settled. We corrected the calculations, checked worked examples and edge cases, and refined the rules for targets, fixed prices, direct swaps, and partial fills.

This work gave us the shared calculation code used by the calculator and prototype.

We built Yesterday’s visual identity and public website. The landing page brings together the product explanation, price display, calculator, and waitlist. These docs explain the rules in more detail.

The private prototype is available for invited testers. It brings the order flow, balances, contracts, and settlement together in one app, using practice balances and simulated execution.

We are connecting the product to test tokens and on-chain transactions. The work includes smart contracts, token conversion, daily price averages, order matching, and wallet support.

We aim to launch the testnet in February 2027. The goal is to let testers follow the full flow with test assets: add funds, place orders, settle contracts, and withdraw.

Testing and feedback will help us improve the app before mainnet.

We aim to launch on mainnet in April 2027, with Base as the first planned production network. This follows testnet testing and the security, reliability, and liquidity work needed for launch.

Both launch dates are targets. We will update this roadmap as the work progresses.
